The cradle comes with an FME male connector, so it can be easily connected to an external antenna.&#xA0;You won&apos;t notice the signal bars on your device increase from docking in the cradle. The phone will however hold onto a signal tower for longer in low reception areas, allowing a better call quality.&#xA0;
