At Strike, we offer two primary ways to obtain a tax invoice for your order, depending on how the order was placed. Please follow the steps below that correspond to your order type.
Orders Placed Through Strike.com.au
If you placed your order through our website and your order confirmation number begins with "SO":
Check the Order Confirmation Email sent to the email address used at the time of placing the order.
This email is sent automatically when your order is created.
Look for the hyperlink to Download the Invoice This attachment contains your tax invoice.
If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, or search your inbox using keywords such as "Strike" or your order number.
Wholesale or Direct to Corporate Customers
If you are a wholesale customer or a direct-to-corporate customer:
Email Accounts Team
You can request a copy of your tax invoice by emailing [email protected].
Use the Strike B2B Portal
Visit the portal at b2b.strike.com.au.
Log in to your B2B Portal account to access your invoices.
Note: A B2B Portal account is required to view invoices. If you do not have an account, you can request access by emailing [email protected].
